
When it’s Christmas, sometimes, our best intentions fly out the windows! We want to do the right thing, but who, in their right minds, can (or should resist) the very many and tempting delicacies available during this period? Some would even say they have done the right thing up until this time, so they can ‘misbehave’ with out guilt during this period!
Which group do you fall into?
The key to keeping it together during this season, is moderation. You can eat most things, provided you do them in moderation.
However, I will also be bringing you this period, lighter, healthier alternatives to some festive favourites. These are options that still taste good (really good), but are gentler on calories and more balanced nutritionally. Are you up for this?
