#Complan Saturday Challenge

How many minutes of exercise should you get in a week?
Give 2 ways of accomplishing this even if you work all week.

The first 3 persons to answer correctly will win our prizes.

Only one answer per participant will be accepted.
If a participant provides more than one answer, the first answer will be used.

    1) one can exercise 150 minutes in a week
    2) two ways to accomplish this even if you are working
    a) when going to office or after close of work stop at a bus stop before your office or before your house and walk
    b) when in the office avoid using the elevator instead use the staircase and also when you are watching your favorite tv show and the commercial break comes on try and do some jumping jacks

    1. 150 exercise minimum per week. we can accomplish this by stopping at least on one bus stop before our home when going home from work or by stopping one bus stop before the office and treck the rest of the distance when going work.

    One should get 150minutes of exercise in a week. Either by

    Aerobic : walking fast or swimming, etc.

    Or

    By vigorous activities like
    Jogging, running, gymnastics, football, etc.
