Complan Saturday Video Quiz: Should My Children Be On A Diet?


Great job to all who participated last week via the blog and our facebook page. Way to go, guys. Winners for weeks 1 and 2 will be announced next week Saturday. You don’t want to miss this!

From next week, we will not publish the video. You have to catch the show on TV and then post your answers here in response to the quiz. Remember that the show airs on Mondays by 9.55pm on Silverbird TV.

    1. Introduce light cereals after 6 months of exclusive breastfeeding.
    2. Introduce one new food per week.
    3. Introduce the right type of carbohydrate.

    Answers to the question on complan saturday challenge:
    1) one can exercise 150 minutes in a week
    2) two ways to accomplish this even if you are working
    a) when going to office or after close of work stop at a bus stop before your office or before your house and walk
    b) when in the office avoid using the elevator instead use the staircase and also when you are watching your favorite tv show and the commercial break comes on try and do some jumping jacks
