To take part today:
- Stay active in any way that fits your day
This could be:- Walking
- Cleaning the house
- Dancing
- Playing with children
- Carrying items
- Stretching
- Going to the gym (yes, this counts!)
- Any safe, everyday movement
- Share ONE simple tip
Tell us what you did to stay active yesterday, or what you plan to do today to stay active or what you usually do to keep moving. - Comment directly under today’s post on here or on Facebook
That’s it.
No videos required. No screenshots. No complicated steps.
I’ll be commenting under the Facebook post to show you an example of how to do it.
About the Giveaway
- One pedometer will be given out daily
