Any safe, everyday movement counts, including:

- Carrying items
- Taking the stairs
- Gym workouts (yes, gym activity counts too!)
5. Do I need to post a video?
No.
For this phase of the challenge, comments are enough.
6. Do I need to use a hashtag?
No.
Simply comment under the daily Facebook post to participate.
7. How are winners chosen?
One winner is selected each day at Dr Ketch’s discretion, based on:

8. What do winners receive?
Each daily winner receives one pedometer to support their wellness journey.
9. How will winners be announced?
Winners will be announced on:
