A: I just got this question and I figured that the best way to answer it is with this post I had made before, using raw green veggies (ugu) in a smoothie. Green leafy veggies are full of folate (folic acid) and if you’re trying to conceive, you need to load up on that. So, here goes…..

What's for breakfast? Whip up a delicious smoothie! I used some pineappple I had. Peeled it, cut up into chinks and put in my smoothie maker (you can use a blender, really). Whizzed it up and then remmbered I had some green leafy veggies left from yesterday. Washed, popped them into my smoothie and whizzed it all up. If you like your smoothie, lighter (not too thick) you can add some water melon or ice cubes and blend up. And there you have it: Green, pineapple smoothie. Ultra delish!
