    1. one can do a minimum of 150 minutes exercise in a week 2. two ways to accomplish this even if you are work a. when going to office or after close of work stop at at least a bus stop before your office or before your house and walk through the remaining distance b. when in the office avoid using the elevator instead use the staircase
