What do you need? Grated carrots, sliced tomatoes, sliced red bell peppers, lettuce, sweet corn, tuna or sardines or any fish (or even shredded chicken breast) and kale. You can replace kale with any other cabbage (purple or green). If you use kale, place in warm water with a dash or two of lemon juice and honey. Stir, drain and add all other ingredients. Use your salad dressing of choice….very lightly!!!! #healthylivingwithdrketch
