As the year comes to an end (and I can almost smell Christmas in the air) mention 4 ways you plan to cook and/or eat healthier this season.

    1. I will grill my meat instead of frying. If I have to fry, I will use oil with zero cholestrol to fry.
    2. Eat a well balanced diet by planning my meals myself instead of eating junks that is packed with salts. 3. Make sure I eat fruits and vegetable to build up my blood level and also act as fibre in my diet. 4. cut down on sugary drinks and use water as an alternative.

    1. I will fry my chicken, fish turkey or beef with power oil or other oil that has no cholesterol
    2.I will make sure we eat a balanced and healthy diet everyday.
    3. I will make sure that we don’t lack fruits and vegetables at home and I will also serve in a right portion.
    4. Water is very essential so I will make sure that we take as more as we can and avoid sugary drinks like processed juice, carbonated drinks etc..

    1.I will opt for lean meat or fish and also choose low fat diary products like complan,yogurt. 2. I will go for unsaturated fats/oil in my cooking to avoid rise in cholestrol level and use them in moderation when cooking. 3. I will go for local or brown rice with enough fruits and vegetables because they are excellent sources of fibres. 4. I will take sweetner and sugary drinks judiciously.
