    By using the 4 A’s u can by 1.Avoiding the stress by avoiding your high maintenance friends who likes to look up new things . 2. Alter the stress by planning your day and waking up early 3. Adapt to the stress by telling or believing it wont last forever. 4. Accept the stress by making plans to deal with it. You can always eat healthy nutrition. A hormone called cortisol is released when you are stressed up, which makes you crave salty food that leads to obesity and obesity leads to stress. I deal with stress by planning my day well like putting most important task on a scale of preference and eating healthy food instead of junk.

Nutrition is linked with stress because when you are stressed up a hormone called cortisol is released in your body which makes you crave salty food like junk food that leads to obesity and obesity leads to stress. I deal with stress by planning my ways and making sure I pre pack my food instead of buying junks. I also exercise and rest properly.

    2.When one is stressed up the body induced to release a hormone called Cortisol which makes one crave salty foods that leads to obesity in turn leading to more stress.
    I deal with stress by listening to good music, interacting with friends.
