Some days are full of meetings, deadlines, children, and everything in between.

Today looked like:
• A quick fruit smoothie for breakfast
• A “use-what-you-have” salad for lunch
• Banana + peanuts for a simple snack
• A light cabbage stir fry for dinner
Nothing fancy or complicated.
