How long can you keep your virginity? For as long as possible 🙂 Until you get married 😀 The challenges you face if you leave it that long? Well, with age the vagina and its opening get smaller and the lining of the vagina, also gets thinner. Thus, it may take a while longer for sufficient lubrication and sexual arousal to happen for the woman. These are easily handled by a mix of sufficient foreplay and the use of lubricants. The place of emotional connection between the man and woman cannot be over-emphasized and can improve sexual intimacy and arousal for the woman.

The issues of needing extra lubrication and foreplay when one abstains, pale in significance when you consider the alternative of potentially contracting STIs, HIV/AIDS and having children that one is not prepared for, if one decided to go the other way.
